Deposit Account Fraud Arraignment?

I was charged with two counts of Deposit Account Fraud. This happened like a year ago, and it's just now coming back. Why does my cat have a round, hard stomach that comes and goes in severity?

First off, I want to say that I AM taking my cat to the vet. He has an appointment for Friday. However, I was wondering if anyone knew what could be causing a round, hard stomach that sometimes goes down in the roundness and sometimes gets softer, like it fluctuates. I had been giving him dry food, but I recently switched it to wet food, because he wasn't eating (this was after the stomach thing appeared). I think he may also have high blood pressure, because his pupils look a little dilated, but at this point, I'm reading everything online and thinking he has all these symptoms, so I'm making myself paranoid. I moved to a new apartment and so my mailing address changed. I usually get a reminder through the mail to get my car tag renewed. I had my mail forwarded to my new address but for some reason I didn't get the reminder to renew my car tag. The post office probably thought it was spam or advertisement or something and didn't forward it to my new address. So my tag end up expiring. I got pulled over by a sheriff's deputy and got a ticket for an expired car tag. He told me that if I go and renew my tag and show him proof that it was renewed, he would take care of the ticket. So that's what I did. I went and renewed the tag and took the receipt down to the sheriff's office. The receptionist made a copy of it and told me that the deputy will take care of it. Now, three months later, I got a letter in the mail from the state's department of safety telling me that my license has been suspended because I didn't show up in court for the expired car tag. Well, I thought the ticket was cancelled, but apparently the deputy neglected to do that..

How can I make myself get up in the morning?

I want to get up earlier, but it never happens. I say to myself "I will get up early for school tomorrow" But it never happens, I usually wake up at 7:30 and need to set off at 8:00 which gives me half an hour to get dressed, wash my hair, dry it, straighten it and get my lunch sorted. My dad was just recently diagnosed with bladder cancer. While I am unaware of the precise severity of this, I do know that it will require a cystectomy. He has been an avid smoker since his teens, which likely increased his risks for developing this cancer. That got me to wondering. After the surgery, he is required to stay in the hospital for seven to ten days. Will they let him smoke in the hospital? Or will they essentially force him to quit as smoking is likely one of the things that got him there in the first place? What is causing my neck/head pain?

I have had a horrible pain in my neck and head only on the right side for the last eight weeks. I have taken every kind of pain med otc or prescribed to me including: vicodin, advil, tylenol, flexoril, ultram. I have tried heat, ice and rest. Nothing helps. I had an ultrasound because of a small lump. I have had the lump for years. It was not visualized in the ultrasound. I was prescribed a Medrol dose pack. Which took 95% of the pain away while I was on it. The day I weaned off it the pain returned. I then had a MRI of my cervical spine and my brain. The radiologist report states both were negative. I am at my wits end. The pain is constant, although, it does vary in severity.

Yes I do believe that they screwed up with the suspension. There was an article in the local paper here that had Rome still angry over the suspension (this was around game 5 or 6), and that he saw the hit no different than the Chara hit, an unfortunate incident (Chara got 0 games). I am on his side on that one. Additionally, the hit on Raymond was just as bad, and that hit resulted in 0 games. I understand the NHL is trying to get rid of headshots, but they are getting to a point where it takes precedence over other hits like roughing the passer in the NFL (bullshit). Raymond is lucky that he isn't crippled, I'm not saying that the hit was intentionally dirty, but if the Rome hit on Horton received four games in the Stanley Cup Finals, I cannot see how that one went unpunished.

My "so called" close friend is being selfish :/ help?

it was her 1 year anniversary last saturday. So she wanted me to come and i did. Beairng in mind, my sister is being so over protective with me and is giving me strict boundaries. I smoked a legal herb, and went to hell.?

Last night sometime after midnight, I smoked a legal plant. I can't remember what it was called, but it had the word "stars" it its name. I've been trying to find it online but it's eluded me so far. Okay, so I'm going to describe the experience. Nothing about this experience was pleasant. First of all, I am familiar with meditation and know how to regulate meditative breathing. I took two really large hits of this herb, thinking it wouldn't be very hard. I was wrong. Within about 1 minute, I started feeling really dizzy and I remember saying, "This feels exactly like when I am about to have a blackout." Then, everything started drastically altering down hill. I was sitting on the floor in a lotus position, and suddenly my entire being was vibrating violently. It was the most horrid sensation of my life, and it lasted, in severity, about 45 minutes to an hour of nonstop hell. Luckily, my wife was there and she was completely sober. She cradled me and held me and it comforted me a lot, but the sensation was no less agonizing. I remember almost everything. I full fledge weeped in her arms a couple of times, and at one point I was repeating the words, "This is terrible, this is terrible; I'm in hell, oh my god, oh my god..." etc. I don't even believe in God and I started praying, "God please help me." Here's a strange sensation that was overpowering: every thing in existence and every thing I felt was mentally represented in my head by shapes. Each sensation had a shape and pattern to it. The act of swallowing, the feeling of holding on to my wife. It was represented in the center of my consciousness by a unique shape. After about 25 minutes or so, I vomited into my wife's lap. It wasn't the last time. I puked about 3 or 4 more times. My wife kept me hydrated with water and at some point I was fed pieces of bread. All of this helped ever so slightly. After about 40 minutes, I started falling asleep. They laid me down where I was and helped me remain comfortable. I fell asleep and woke up on the floor after maybe an hour and was finally slightly lucid. I was able to look at my wife and speak. She helped me get up and take a shower with her, then we went to bed. As I was falling asleep in bed, the effects began to come back and I fearfully clung to my wife for comfort. She was able to coax me back to sleep and now it's 7:43 AM and I still feel a very unpleasant "edginess" over my whole being. I will never try this herb ever again. And that is why you are in therapy, you get irrational. No matter how good and sane the advice might be that anyone could give you, it's only good when you are rational. Once you become irrational nothing else makes sense. It's getting you out of those irrational states that is going to make the difference not the advice we give you. Hang in there and hope the pills kick in pretty soon.

Youre friends need to be more understanding of your situation, even though you chose to live uptown. Your friends chose to live downtown. You are both entitled to live in the location of your choice. If they want to stay friends, they need to make sacrafices too. You are not a one way street. You should talk to them about this situation. If they are good friends, they will understand and be accomodating. But you should also be prepared to possibly lose a few friends. But just remember, if you lose friends over something like this, youre better off without them because you need friends that will be with you through anything, even an annoying commute.

I started a new birth control that is progestogen only. I am currently half way through my third pack of this particular kind of pill. Anyway, they told me when I started taking them that I probably wouldn't have a period that comes the same time every month. I however have not had a period now in 6 weeks or so. I have took two test at the beginning and end of last week and both came back negative. This morning however, I woke up with pretty sever pain in my lower abdomen. Movement made the pain worse. It was a very painful "cramping" type pain. I thought I maybe just need to use the restroom, which was extremely difficult, but it didn't seem to give me much relief. As the day has gone on the severity of the pain has gone down, but movement still makes my lower abdomen hurt. Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

Years ago I read that a misused colon or comma changed the severity of charges resulting in a lessened penalty in a criminal case. I can't find reference to this case and would like to use it to explain the importance of correct punctuation. This happened in Baltimore, but I am sure it has happened elsewhere.

Can stress cause bi polar?

I have anxiety/ocd traits that I have had for years. My mom has exhibited the same traits as well as other members of my family. I know that with stressful situations anxiety can stand out the most and mine certainly does at these times. I have had an irrational fear for years of becoming bi polar. Logically I know that this is not likely as I don't have anyone in my family that has ever remotely showed such traits but I have been around a few and seen how erratic they can become and that frightens me so it's become an occasional obsession to worry about it (ocd nature). As far as lifetime stress goes I was involved with someone for a bit that was bi polar. I was young so I didn't understand the nature of the disorder or the severity at that time. After we stopped seeing each other he killed himself. I found out that he had tried to before I knew him. That stressed me out and made the whole anxiety/ocd thing a bit stronger I'm sure. I'm 26 now and that happened like 8 years ago. Could a stress event like that trigger something that severe even if I have no genetic predisposition. This is something that's annoying me a lot and I could use some reassurance.

Sort of makes me think things must have been pretty intense far back at times, probably many. Sometimes our parents, mothers try to do things they can't and end up with messed up children. The tensity of the life of the mother usually portrays one of extremities and at that probably made the life inside one of turmoil and strife if not worse. Of course we have no control over this as children trying to grow up with reality as it is, nobody ever wants to discuss these things openly so we are left with having to guess our way as to the whats and whys of our behavior. I can just imagine what it must be like for an infant that has survived an abortion attempt with a coathanger. That is why we make it legal.

Treating motion sickness on a long trip...Help me please.?

I have to take a 2-3 hour long bus ride, and I might get motion sick. You see, if I sit in the passenger seat, or have an extremely good view of the front window (out it) then I'm fine, bug I'm honestly not sure if the bus I'm taking has a view out the front. So, if it does not, then I'm pretty much screwed. I have Gravol easy swallow pills and sone of those sea sick helper bands (with the ball on the wrist). So, for worst case scenario, please give me some tips fir this ride! (Btw I appreciate this in advance, and I must ask that you don't answer something like "motion sickness is inevitable" or "just bring a barf bag", because I understand that...I just want sone good tips. Thanks! Also I can't get out and walk around or make stops or whatever. And my severity level isn't that bad, I will probably be getting pretty sick if in the back seat for a while, my record is about 1 and a half hours before I had to pull over. I moved to a new apartment and so my mailing address changed. I usually get a reminder through the mail to get my car tag renewed. I had my mail forwarded to my new address but for some reason I didn't get the reminder to renew my car tag. The post office probably thought it was spam or advertisement or something and didn't forward it to my new address. So my tag end up expiring. I got pulled over by a sheriff's deputy and got a ticket for an expired car tag. He told me that if I go and renew my tag and show him proof that it was renewed, he would take care of the ticket. So that's what I did. I went and renewed the tag and took the receipt down to the sheriff's office. The receptionist made a copy of it and told me that the deputy will take care of it. Now, three months later, I got a letter in the mail from the state's department of safety telling me that my license has been suspended because I didn't show up in court for the expired car tag. Well, I thought the ticket was cancelled, but apparently the deputy neglected to do that

Where are your parents in all of this? If you are still living at home, then your parents need to handle this conflict by making sure you both have separate space, if at all possible, so you can stay away from each other. If you are over 18, then you have a choice to start looking at ways not to be living with your sister anymore. Sisters can sometimes get pretty crazy with each other. You need to try to focus not on trying to get your sister arrested/in trouble. Try communicating with her, or having some kind of contract with her about how you are BOTH going to speak to/treat each other. If you are living with your parents, have them help you with this. If you don't engage your sister with rude comments/annoying behaviors/meanness, then you know she is much less likely to be a pain back. Ignore her as much as possible and force yourself to be polite, even when she is deliberately trying to get under your skin. And be the bigger person and apologize. I think it is a viral infection because a few weeks ago my daughter had the same symptoms as you except for the bladder problem and I have had it for 10 days but i though mine was side affects of diabetes medication I started taking 10 days ago as the side effects of Metformin are the same as the symptoms you and I have. Help! My period came the 13th of April. I had unprotected sex the 18th and 25th of April. My periods have always been irregular, but I decided that I would used the App "MyDays". Well the app told me that my next period was supposed to be the 13th of May, my ex boyfriend started to worry me, but three days after (May16th) I got my period, it was heavy, clotty and long, it also smelled really strong by the end of it. Immediately after my period ended (May 21st) I experienced pelvic pain, abdominal pain, slight back pain, and nausea that lasted for two days prior to taking a hpt. I took two hpt, one in the afternoon, and then the other one I took the next day right after I woke up... they both came up negative, I also took a test a week after in the clinic, that also came up negative. But the pelvic/abdominal pain is still here! I am also constipated for about three days then have diarrhea for one day, I had a little bit of blood in my stool just once, my stool has mucus on it, my pain began in my lower left side, then travelled to my whole stomach (horrible pain) then to my right side, and both sides of my abdomen, and now it randomly appears on any side of my abdomen/pelvis, the pains are dull/achy and sometimes sharp, they get worse during the night, and range in severity but are always present. I have been in pain for a little over 20 days now, I just want to know if I am pregnant or not? sorry for the long post :/

a rumour started about me I know who started it and the person is wandering why I was ignoring her. I don't see her much tbh anymore. But still she made up a rumour from months ago. Leg cramps and toes turning involuntarily?

That wasn't a good answer but it was one you couldn't disprove. Cramps happen because the muscle have tightened up internally and that puts them real close to the cramping stage so it's easy for them with a little chill to cramp up. There are too many muscles that it could be for me to try to tell you how to free them up but here's one thing that you can do if you are there the next time this happens. Press right into the cramp with your fingers and hold that pressure on the cramp. That should stop the pain right away and in about 10 seconds the cramp itself will release. Only then should you remove your fingers from the cramp. I found this worked great for me so I hope it works good for her as well.

Car Problems 2000 Dodge Charger?

ok it struggles to idle because the RPM's fluxuate. Also the RPM's fluxuate at running speeds. Day to day the problem is getting worse but the severity varies. The cerpentine belt does need to be tightened but I doubt that's the problem (but I'm no expert). The car has never died on me (yet) and never had issues starting. And and in addition when I hit the accelerator (sometimes even when I don't) the engine seems to choke. Anyone have ANY idea what the issue might be?

I DO KNOW!!!!! I am 19 now, I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression at age 13. I have had tons and tons of severe panic attacks which are NOT controllable at all!!, but you can learn how to cope with them and you will learn your "starting signs", I had my worst panic attack my freshman year of high school during band camp. It was the worst most scariest thing I had EVER been through! I literally thought I was going to die!!!! I have been on several different medications, and I have only found 2 that I like. I was on 20mg Lexapro but I had to quit that because it was really expensive, but now I am on 40mg Celexa, which has been a lifesaver!!!!! I use to see a therapist for Cognitive behavioral therapy which has been proven to be the best method to control anxiety, but not even that could help me.. But dont let your anxiety control your life, you control your anxiety!!!

How do two people with limited time keep the passion in the relationship? We basically became roommates on accident. It's difficult to explain but even though our lives felt routine, I still loved him and wanted to be together. But things were very different from when we started dating. In the beginning it was a fantasy. We always looked good when we met up, we ate dinner, fooled around, watched a movie, then went to sleep. Doesn't that sound nice?? But then when we moved in together I was very busy with school, didn't always look as stunning, we had to grocery shop, pay bills, do laundry, share cleaning responsibilities, do all the less desirable things in a relationship. We moved into a place that was a little expensive so our funds were limited. I was always upstairs studying and he was always downstairs watching tv. Of course, blasphemy isn't illegal here in America. I might not like blasphemers, but they are protected under the Constitution. I feel like blasphemy is disrespectful to God, so it offends me. But I'm not going to harm anyone who may blaspheme- they are still human beings. I may not be aware of certain elements in that person's life, and they might have a valid reason for being angry at God, if that is their motivation behind the blasphemy. I just think that those who are angry at God for injustice should thank God for the good things in life. It would make more sense to me. I would never commit violence against a blasphemer, but if I am offended, I might try to ask him or her to please not disrespect God in my presence. If I am in a public place with a Jewish person, I wouldn't want to say anything antisemitic. Of course, I would never do that, because I love Jews. I just came back from an all ages club. Tbh it was disgusting. The only fun part was dancing with friends. There were ppl smoking joints and almost having sex on the dancefloor. Water was five bucks. Im traveling to nigeria and was thinking about selling my psp and buying a ds and pokemon and other games to play why Im there. Orginally I was gonna import monster hunter portable 3rd, but the vita is coming out soon and it might be made in english by then. Recently portable 3rd hd version was announced on the psp and tbh I know how everyone was begging for monster hunter on the ps3, but to me they havent changed anything just stretched the game and its like remote play with your psp on a lcd. I don't think you should consider online school just because they might have to switch schools. Most of the kids at the other skill will understand the situation and be welcoming and I'm sure the schools have counselors to talk to them and help. It will be fine. Where I live they are doing a massive overhaul of the school districts so most of the kids will be going to new schools next year.

Can a freeholder change or sell the lease without consulting the leaseholder?

I own a Victorian terraced conversion flat on the top floor and have done a loft conversion with the freeholder's consent. 4 years after I had completed the loft conversion, the freeholder created and sold a lease to the airspace above the property to 3rd party without my consent. I am trying to sell my flat but the buyer has said that he will not buy it unless the lease to the airspace if cancelled as it could mean that the lease owner could develop above the property. In reality, there is no way to develop upwards on top of a loft conversion, nor is there any access to the roof without going through my flat. However, the buyers solicitors have said that with the airspace lease in place, I will never be able to sell my flat as it will put off all future buyers. It's totally natural for creative people to write songs. My wife is a musician and a music teacher so for her writing music comes with the territory, and growing up in a house like ours both my kids are creative too, naturally. I was supposed to take a plane from NY to California and this is the second time it was canceled. I am flying because I'm supposed to be bringing my friend some things which her friend was supposed to drop off so that at the same time I can visit her and see her new apt(She just moved there). My sons mother asked if I could give up an upcoming weekend with his so that he can go to their family reunion. I decided to cease my treatment for bipolar of escitalopram and sodium valproate three weeks ago due to undesirable side effects under the supervision of my gp. I have since been experiencing 'brain zaps' which cause me to feel nauseous and lightheaded frequently through the day, with no signs of easing in severity. My doctor is aware of this condition and assures me that time will take care of this symptom. He is, however, unable to give me a time frame, or indications of what I can do to ease my distress in the meantime. I am hoping to hear from others who have had a similiar experience with discontinuation syndrome to gain some insight into what I can expect. Haters and time wasters will be reported.

Do I have an anxiety disorder?

I have an anxiety disorder also, I have had it most of my life. Most of what you write about, I can relate to also and yes, a lot of it is from the anxiety disorder. Obsessive compulsive disorder (checking things all the time)...a doctor told me that OCD also stems from the anxiety disorder. Plus I also tend to always think of worse case scenarios..like if one of my kids call me I immediately worry that some horrible thing has happened to him. It is not unusual to experience panic attacks with anxiety disorder which can cause you to to get that panicky feeling and being hot..all symptoms of anxiety/panic. Not being able to sleep is also related too. There are medications that can take the edge off of the anxiety if you can get to see a doctor about it. And doctors are very aware of symptoms of anxiety disorders so they will recognize your complaints as such. Your mother should take your symptoms seriously and let you meet with a doctor or counselor because this can be very frustrating on a daily basis, you should tell your mom it is affecting how you cope and you cannot sleep and really need some help. IF you cannot see a doctor, you should research using Google how to cope with anxiety disorder to give you information on what you are going through and what you can do to deal with it. Personally, I try to keep my life simple, stay away from as much stressful situations as possible, and in a pinch, I will take a dose of Benadryl antihistamine which will totally relax me and help me sleep, and it is very very safe to take, my doctor recommended it.
