GAMESBASEMENT.CO.UK HELP?

Placed a order which has been at a "processing" order received stage for more than a week now. I wish to cancel this order but I can't contact them via email (tried 4 times no reply to any). Phoning them asks u to email them! Not sure what to do now as I believe I have been conned out of my money. Who can I contact? Can I get my bank to refuse their payment? (If none has been taken)
