Likelihood of me getting ecoli poisoning?

So I'm pregnant and yesterday 24hours ago I had steak at my inlaws house. I stabbed the steaks to see which was most done and the most done one that I took had a bit of pink in the center. I ate a few bites but I didn't finish it. I ate the rest of my meal with the same fork and such. I heard it takes three days for it to manifest. Do u think I'll get sick? If so is there anything I can do that may decrease the severity? I'm emetophobic and super scared!
