How can I make myself get up in the morning?

I want to get up earlier, but it never happens. I say to myself "I will get up early for school tomorrow" But it never happens, I usually wake up at 7:30 and need to set off at 8:00 which gives me half an hour to get dressed, wash my hair, dry it, straighten it and get my lunch sorted. I can't have any breakfast either -_- I always think I'll be late which means I walk fast to school and get all sweaty and ruin my hair and I HATE being late for things :(. What can I do? Don't say "Go to sleep earlier" Because tbh that doesn't help me... Any tips? :)
