What type of trade, certificate, degree etc. I can earn within 6 months to a year?

I know some females who've earned a certificate in nursing within 2 months. What else is there? I don't have the patience or the intelligence to go to 2-4 year colleges, tbh. Just need something that's decent, quick, and effective.
