A dog bites for the first time, do you put it down?

i would euthanized any dog that would cause damage like that kid suffered, even if it was my own dog ... if a dog bites and there is no medical attention needed, that is a dog i would consider trainable ... a dog that would go off and tear apart an adult or kid i feel the dog should be euthanized, first bite that requires significant medical help the dog should die ... i don't give a rat's *** if it was the owners fault or not, the outcome is the focus ...
