How to stop self harming ( Cutting ) ?

Honestly, going to a shrink isnt going to help. The only way you're going to get better is if you actually want to. Find some other stress reliever. Running, smoking, hanging out with people, anything! If you find yourself hanging out with people a ton, you won't have time to reflect on everything that makes you cut in the first place.
