Are there demons in my house?

It does sound quite likely like a demonic presence. It is possible that it is merely a case of bad wiring, causing an unusually strong magnetic field, but that seems unlikely. I would not seek to make a deal with any spirit like this, not to learn its name. My guess would be that you chose this house because it seemed like an unusually good deal for the price, which would imply that the problem existed prior to your coming there. In such a case I almost always recommend leaving, as the effort involved in cleansing the house is rarely worthwhile. Further, if the house is successfully cleansed, it merely means that someone else will suffer the consequences, for there will be consequences if an settled demon is chased.
