Could i be preg on implant?x?

my perido was last on th 27 may i have not had one since then been on implant frm jan read tht 600 ppl have fell preg on it last year my perido is neva late its always here its abt 5 weeks late now and if i am preg i would be 5 weeks today done a test and it said neg but i read thats jst coz of th hgg levels in my body and th implant sometimes blocks preg test frm pickin this up i have sings of being preg cant stop eattin love beef curry n fried rice which i neva normal eat always needin a pee my pee is clear but its normla yellow sore back and neck sore belly sometimes cant sleep a litlle moody and av got the littles bump starting anyone elses think am preg? i really do hope i am preg tbh
