I'm trying to get pregnant i'm a parapalegic can I still get pregnant?

Me and my husband have been married for a little over a year now and we have been trying for a baby ever since our wedding night. I was in a car wreck back in November 2009 and ever since i've been paralyzed because of the severity of the wreck. I'm wanting to know if I can still get pregnant? I've went through 14 months of nothing happening at all it makes me feel like im failing and it's making me very depressed knowing I might not be able to give my husband kids, so if there is anyone that has any suggestions for me or any websites or even doctors I can look up to figure out how I can conceive because i'm tired of being let down all the time it kills me emotionally it makes me feel like i'm not worth anything to this world so I need someones help PLEASE i'm desperate.
