Really bad stomach pain?

I think it is a viral infection because a few weeks ago my daughter had the same symptoms as you except for the bladder problem and I have had it for 10 days but i though mine was side affects of diabetes medication I started taking 10 days ago as the side effects of Metformin are the same as the symptoms you and I have. Have you started taking a new medications recently. The only other suggestion could be a food allergy. Good Luck.
