No severity with merciful God, but has anyone noticed increase in severity for them having last state worse?

Sure, Matthew 12:25, and that is by choice and use of freewill. Especially in the case of choosing things of the darkness, wickedness and evil, one spirit goes out and seven more go in and increases their severity. Thank God for repentance, grace and mercy.
