Could someone, anyone please explain the scoring system in tennis- I'm getting slightly concerned now..?

ok in men's tennis you play best of 5 sets. A set is 6 games win by 2, a game is composed of 4 points 0 or love, 15, 30, 40 game if its tied at 40 all or deuce then its first 2 win 2 consecutive points. At 6-6 a 7 point tie breaker is used. At grandslams theres no 5th set tie breaker its win by 2 usualy with the winner breaking their opponets serve, see Isner Mahut match
