Can autistic women raise a child properly?

I'm an autistic woman and I am curious if there has ever been a woman with autisim who has raised a child properly. Keep in mind that autisim is a spectrum dissorder and has verying severity so that is a factor. Say the woman is close to normal and only has problems with cirtian textures. Please help me.
