Safe source of Chlorella exist in Japan after nucleur fall out or is domestic Chlorella in the USA better ?

The media did a great job of minimizing the severity of the nucleur fall out in Japan so my question is it still safe to buy chlorella from there? I have doubts. If so is there a reasonable cost that is high quality from another location? Thank you.
