Can an officer publish a list of medications which i take in a publically available police report?

recently, i called the police to report a crime. due to the severity of the crime which i had reported, the officer then began asking me for a list of any psychiatric medications which i may be taking. i was not aware that i had the right to avoid answering the question. now i'm concerned about the officer publishing my private medical information (list of psychiatric medications) in a publicly available police report for the world to see. is it legal for the officer to publically publish my confidential medical information in the context of a police report?
